Leonardo Featured in Engineering Today

The Leonardo Project was recently highlighted in the August edition of Engineering Today, the magazine of the Chamber of Engineers. The article provides an overview of Leonardo’s mission to strengthen Europe’s manufacturing ecosystem through knowledge sharing, digital skills development, and cross-border collaboration.

It describes how the project brings together partners from across Europe to explore the future of industrial innovation, focusing on the integration of digital technologies, sustainability, and new learning methods. By presenting case examples and lessons learned, the article underlines how collaborative initiatives can accelerate transformation in the sector.

The article was authored by Amberlynn Bonello,  Jasmine Mallia and Prof. Ing. Emmanuel Francalanza, who together outline Leonardo’s role in equipping engineers and innovators with the tools and insights needed to navigate ongoing change in manufacturing.
